Who am I?
My name is Rawlyn Cook and I am the President of Rocinante Consulting Systems. I am, in all honesty, as unique as my first name.
I'm an accounting and analytical professional with over 25 years of work experience in the manufacturing, transportation & professional service industries. Particular strengths are in analysis, cost accounting, performance improvement, reporting, creative thinking and synergy.
I believe that you should enjoy whatever it is that you do and should perform in a Focused, Dedicated, Adaptable & Consistent manner. My practice is to enter into an organization, talk to the key people and help them improve and enhance their accounting operation.

What is my Why?
I never wanted to have my own business. It wasn't something that I believed I would ever do. It evolved through a difficult period of my life that resulted in some self-introspection as well as many conversations with family and friends.
I realized that it was time for me to take more control of my destiny and that I could do that best by focusing on my core competencies and figuring out what was truly important to me.
